Bring plum, honey, and apple juice to a boil in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat (just enough to dissolve the honey).
Reduce heat and simmer until fruit has softened (you can help the process by gently mashing with a spoon) and liquid has thickened - about ten, or up to twelve minutes.
Once thickened stir in fresh basil.
Enjoy with ½ cup of greek yogurt and a ¼ cup of granola.
